Grant Petersen is a third-generation farmer and rancher in South Central, North Dakota. He works alongside his parents on a cow-calf operation and has been selling to DemKota Ranch Beef for the last five years. Along with cattle, he raises spring wheat, corn, soybeans, and hay where he implements no-till and minimal-till practices to improve soil health.

He continuously is working towards keeping the operation sustainable by improving the land and environment so that if one of his children wants to be a farmer or rancher someday they’ll have the same opportunity as he did.
